The doctor asked if Dean wanted Sam to wait outside, but she didn't mind if he stayed. It was up to him. All she was really focused on was finding out whether or not she'd be allowed to leave.

They started with the injuries on her back, the doctor declaring that they were healing well. Although there was probably going to be scarring. After her back was re-wrapped, they unbandaged her wrists and examined them. She winced and cursed softly when her fingers were bent to test the range of motion. She was a little disappointed by the lack of flexibility, the doctor seemed hopeful the nerves would regrow on their own.

Dean breathed a sigh of relief at that.
