It was hard when she was huddling in close to him and all he could do was wrap his arms protectively around her, rest a hand on the back of her head as he pleaded with for help from a passing nurse, tried to explain that Dean was hurt, bad... like that was hard to tell.
The moment they saw the sight of her, everyone snapped into action. They had paperwork to take care of, but that was decided that could wait for now and they went to get a wheelchair to help move her. And he stubbornly followed, was going to follow until they told him he couldn't. Besides, he had to try and explain... what had happened. Didn't think Dean was up to it.
